Competition Stages

Application Stage: Feb 1^st to Mar 31^st

Organizations apply for the contest, confirm eligibility, and then submit their nomination package.

Group Stage: Apr 15^th to May 9^th

All nominees compete in groups, with the top PMO from each country advancing to the Knockout Stage.

Knockout Stage: May 10^th to Jun 16^th

Nominees from five regions compete in a knockout tournament to reach their regional finals.

Regional Finals: August 1^st 

The winners from each region are announced.

World Final: November 12^th in Phoenix, US

From the five regional winners, the world's best PMO is announced, and all winners are honored at the PMI Global Summit 2025.
